Bill Bailey Bill Bailey is a comedian, musician and actor most well known for live shows ‘Tinselworm’, ‘Part Troll’ and ‘Bewilderness’ and his work on television in ‘Never Mind the Buzzcocks’, ‘QI’ and ‘Black Books’. We were delighted to be asked to develop Bill’s new website and to be asked to manage his ongoing internet strategy. The site includes extensive information about Bill and his work, two integrated blogs (one of which Bill manages himself), an online shop area where fans can buy Bill Bailey merchandise and a regular email newsletter keeping fans constantly updated. The site was developed using a series of original illustrations creating a theme for various rooms within Bill’s head including a central passage. Users can navigate between the rooms and the site includes various fun, hidden features to provide the fans with new items to discover during every visit. The main site is developed entirely in Flash - an additional HTML only accessible “quick” site is currently in development. Further developments of new rooms and additional features are planned over coming months. Take a look at www.billbailey.co.uk. |
