We’re currently looking for an administrative assistant to provide administrative support to the directors and project manager.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
Duties will include answering the telephone and providing first level support, greeting and looking after visitors, correspondence, collating and managing the flow of information between clients and the team, updating the company’s tracking system and documentation, adding content to websites and blogs via a simple text editor (full training will be given), generating invoices, chasing outstanding payments and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
